Ben has been part of the Oxford comminity since 1972. After graduating from Oxford High School and Ole Miss, he built a career rooted in service, from teaching American History at Oxford Middle School to running businesses locally.
As a teacher, Ben believed success comes down to simple disciplines:
show up on time, be reliable, take pride in your work, and carry yourself professionally.
Those same principles are now the foundation of Oxford Home & Lawn.
Mason Shelton – Co-Owner
Mason Shelton was born and raised in Oxford and developed a passion for lawn care at a young age, learning the value of hard work and professionalism.
Through hands-on experience, horticulture education, and real-world work across Oxford (including time working at Ole Miss) Mason built the skills and vision to turn that passion into a career.
What started as a side job became something bigger: a chance to serve the Oxford community through quality work and dependable service.
